What is a phase change?
A phase change is when matter changes from one state (solid, liquid, gas, plasma) to another. These changes occur when sufficient energy or pressure is supplied to the system.
The early stages of every product and company must undergo a similar transition, from an idea to a something tangible. This transition is typically the most challenging and exciting in any product’s and company’s life. As with any transition these changes require a great deal of energy, but the results can be truly stunning.
